Annette is the best! Today was my second time at Noho Hair Salon! The first was my birthday where I cut my long hair short for the first time. I was so nervous but Annette was so friendly and fun she made me relax and on top of that gave me an amazing haircut. She gave me the style I wanted and actually made it better than I wanted.
